Return and Refund Policy

At DigisyncCreations, we prioritize client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the following policy:

Refunds Are Allowed If:

  • The client cancels before any work has started (full refund).

  • We fail to deliver the project or provide agreed-upon services (partial/full refund depending on circumstances).

Refunds Are Not Allowed If:

  • The final design has been delivered and approved.

  • The project is canceled after substantial progress has been made.

  • Refund is requested after 7 days of final delivery.

Revision Policy:

Each package includes a fixed number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
