1. Invoice & Payment

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice via email from [email protected], detailing the service breakdown, charges, and payment confirmation.

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed terms before the project begins.

  • All transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Full Refund – If the project has not started, the client is eligible for a 100% refund.
🔄 Partial Refund – If work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress made.
🚫 No Refund – Once the project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided.

🔹 Refunds do not apply to third-party fees, including payment gateway charges, software licensing, or other external costs incurred.


3. Revision Policy

  • Clients are entitled to revisions as specified in their selected pricing plan.

  • Additional revision requests beyond the plan’s scope may incur extra charges.

  • Major project alterations or changes requested after approval may be treated as a new service request and billed separately.


4. Cancellations

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

  • If cancellation occurs after work has started, the client will be billed for the completed work, and a partial refund (if applicable) will be calculated based on progress.

  • If the project has already been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.


5. Quality Assurance & Client Satisfaction

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality results. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, we encourage open communication to resolve concerns through revisions and modifications rather than refunds.

🔹 Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing timely feedback to ensure that expectations are met.


6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

2️⃣ Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-10 business days, and clients will be notified of the decision.
3️⃣ If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
